Trigger smoke tests after every deployment. Your CI/CD pipeline POSTs to the webhook when a deploy completes.
Set up the schedule or webhook shown in the source, provide the required tools and replace example repositories, paths and recipients.
Start with a manual run and review the output. Some blueprints post messages or change repositories; use scoped access and approval before external writes.
