Stop bundled skills from being seeded into the active profile. Writes a .no-bundled-skills marker so the installer, hermes update, and any sync skip bundled-skill seeding. Safe by default — nothing on disk is touched. With --remove, also deletes already-present bundled skills that are unmodified (user-edited, hub-installed, and hand-written skills are never removed; previews and confirms first, --yes to skip).
